CJD were asked to design a bespoke lighting design for a Disney+ Special filmed in the unused Ambassador Theatre in Dublin, Ireland in October 2022.

Working with award winning director of photography Graham Willoughby we designed a stark and uncluttered design that left Bono, Edge and the special guests surrounded by an invited audience, in a space that could have been a old warehouse or unused space that felt like anything could happen.

Using a mixture of old and new lighting equipment in a stark, atmospheric and theatrical way we were able to engage and light the artists in a new, unconventional and engaging way.
